    I tweaked the build to include improved evasion and toughness. Although my Search/Disable drops down to 58 from 61 with dropping skill boost and getting cunning/guile.

    Default not enough hitpoints

    you should lower dex to 16 & use the extra build-points to take con to 14

    you need to take toughness as a feat also; it will give you 20 (enhancements) + 22 (levels) for 42 extra hitpoints

    you can also splash one level of fighter for a combat feat, 20 more hitpoints & the ability to use martial weapons such as light picks & kukris
