Problem concerning adding of a gametimecard

Hello! I tried logging into http://myaccount.turbine.com for adding a gametimecard to my account. The forum states there should be an option to add the card under the subscriptions area. Unfortunately I can not find this option. What can I do?

Hmm sorry but that did not help. I followed your given instructions but I can not find the "Game Card Information" part in the DDO subscription box. When I click on "Get Unlimited Access" I only see "Credit Card" and "Billing Address" as payment method - no GTC option available for me

I've read across other forum threads and it seems like a common problem to me. If I got it right then the guys from the accountmanagement have to tinker around with the account to fix this problem. I've already contacted the accountsupport in this matter but didn't receive any feedback yet.
