I'm a newbie and I cannot download the client. The downloader starts downloading it, but an error message appears and it's says: Error reading URL
The operation was interrupted because timeout
Timeout or deadline. I'm hungarian, so sorry for my bad english.
For now, what can I do with this? Please if some1 can tell me how can I fix this issue.

After contacting support, log into your email webpage to add noreply@turbine.com and accountsupport@turbine.com to their "safe senders" list and your contacts list/address book. Be sure to check Spam/Junk Mail folders as well since most email providers do not let external email programs or cell phones download mail flagged this way.

im having the same problem. everytime i try to download the game using the turbine manager, it downloads the first segment and then gives me this error:
Error reading url
the operation has timed out
i tried both link that were posted but they didnt really help me much.
i have win 7 x64 if that helps any. im surprised more people arent having this problem.
