    AC is equal to 10+Armor bonus+shield bonus+Dex+All other modifiers (examples: deflection, natural armor, size, monk AC bonus, all of which only applies the greatest bonus {they don't stack}, and all dodge bonus' {which does stack}

    you know all the maths dice thrown etc.
    Dice are random numbers generators, i.e. 1d20 is a random number between 1 and 20, or a 5% chance for any number in that range. multiple die have weighted values, i.e. 2d6 is the sum of a 2 random numbers between 1 and 6, a number between 2-12 where 2 has a 1/36 chance and 7 is a 1/6 chance.

    im really lost even trying to know wich saves helps and how many chance i get
    Fortitute is based on your Con and helps against poison, diseases, most death effects
    Reflex is based on Dex and helps against most damaging effects, and physical traps
    Will is based on Wis and helps against mind effecting effects, compulsions, charms, dominates, ect.
    Saves are generally your defense against spells and traps.

    heck i dont even understand the concept of plate armor with dex etc.
    All armor (except robes and outfits which dont grant armor bonus', and docents for Warforged) have a amor value and a max Dex value. Max dex limits the Dex bonus you receive to your AC (and only your AC). Example, Full Plate has a max Dex of +1 so if your Dex modifier was a +2 only +1 would be applied to your AC but +2 would apply to your Reflex save and certain skills. If your Dex was a +0 then no dex bonus is applied to your AC.

    only thing i get is the spell failure on heavy armor lol

    Hope this helps. Keep reading and asking question.

    Do note that spel failure is Arcane (Sorcerer, Wizard, Bard, Favoured soul (?)) only. Divine spells (Cleric, Pladin, Ranger) are unaffected by heavy armour. Lots of new players get confused by that.

    Not quite, but close enough for government work.

    How many chances you get for saves depends. Most effects have only one save. In some cases, you get several, for instance:
    A poison spray trap goes off. You get a reflex save to dodge the spray. If you fail, you have an immediate Fortitude save to resist the ability damage. No matter what you roll, you havea timer untill a lingering effect goes off (noted by the mark in your buff/debuff list), where you make another fort save against further ability damage.

    An enemy casts a hold spell on you. You get to make a Will save against the spell to see if it affects you. If you fail, you get a new save throw every so often to determine if you shrug off the affect. The spell ends after its duration timer trips or you make a successful save.

    You will learn more situations as time goes by. In most cases however, It is only one save throw.

    Naw. It is just new to you. It is relatively simple it just takes a little getting used to and knowing a few key principles. If you can handle Physics equations and Chemistry formulas than you will have no problem with DDO. All you need is a little patience and time to accrue some experience to the game.
