I could see a charge for OLD toons (it is technically an "upgade").

but charging for the option of selecting NEW CONTENT for NEW toons when I already PAY for access? thats insulting.

if you dont care, you arent paying attention and can expect MUCH more of the same (like: paying a sub as a vet AND paying for new quests (instead of new hair styles).

Its a cosmetic perk that has zero effect on your in game power. It is EXACTLY the kind of thing that belongs in the store.

I agree. I resubbed last week, and the first thing I bought was veteran status, and the second was one of the new hairstyles for my rogue! Cosmetic items totally belong in the store.
