At what Level will I feel the Uberness of Favored Soul?

I love how this question has been asked twice in this thread and still no one has answered it...

Feathers would be the jumpboost.
The DR is a level 20 class feat.
Capstone is 2 cha and a free spell if memory serves
I could be misremebering the capstone though

Feathers = leap of faith. Jump boost with a wing visual..similar to feather fall spell in which feathers fall from you.. also gives you a minute + of feather fall. The jump boost is kinda like a short rocket burst.

FvS rocks. Soon to be become my main toon and will likely result in reincarnating my capped 18/2 cleric monk to a 18/2 FvS/mk. Leveled my first FvS to 18 quickly, heals are not as efficient (yet) as I have no raid loot (except concordant opposition item) on the FvS... . But the larger mana pool makes up for the lack of raid gear and will be awesome once I get some more lootzzzz.

Felt uber once I hit lvl 12 and got blade barrier.. but I felt that way with my cleric too.

Blew the heck out of Littany last night...
