    Default DDO Store Issue

    I purchased the Sharn Syndicate Adventure pack today, it is listed as being 20% of, or 280 points. The store charged me the full amount of 350. I started the day with 400 points and am now at 50 instead of the 120 I should be at. I put in an Account Service e-mail in-game, the only problem is that they ask for a CC #. This is a free account so I don't have a CC # on file. I just want to know what I need to do to get the points credited back to my account.

    If you don't have a CC number associated with your account you can just enter all 0s, 1234 or really anything else in that field.

    Thanks for the quick response. My other question/s is/are is that the correct avenue to go for a correction? Is there anywhere else I can look for assistance on the issue?

    Default charged full instead of discount price

    I had a similar issue with the DDO Store Loseelos... Can you please post a reply if your issue has been sorted?
