Spell Failure

I play a Spellsinger Bard and i use a shield. I can drop my chance to fail to 5% with the right shield. Is there any way for me to drop it to 0 with out dropping the shield? Any help would be much welcome

They have mithril shields... I found one the other day that has no spell failure.

Any Light Mithral Shield or Mithral Buckler has 0% ASF

I've considered experimenting with spending some AP on Elven Arcane Fluidity, but I was told it would not apply to shields, just light armor.

I have a Mithril Heavy Shield +2 and a Devotion Buckler that I bust out from time to time, it would be nice to always count on those spells going off. Although I've only seen about two actual spell failures, I've probably had others that were just not as noticible.

maybe this weekend I will do an experiment, I just am not thrilled about having to wait a few days to fix it if the racial enhancement doesn't work.

That and the 7 fingered gloves are good for killing Spell fail on Mith heavy shields. As well as Helping lower/kill casting Arcane scrolls while wearing light armor.
