Need this for my builds. Has to be min lvl 3, has to be +2 wis, will of course be umd and I dont care what race required it is. Still looking for a MINIMUM LEVEL 3 RACE REQUIRED ANY UMD WISE RING +2. will give 100k plat for it.

Its better to save up that 100k pp for a bloodstone than to use it on a character who will spend 3 levels (a few hours) in that range.

Maybe I'm wrong, but such an item should not exist as requested. Any normally level 5 items with a RR should go to min level 1 from what I recall. For example, with the new quest-chain rewards being BoA, I have quite a few +2 stat items that are min level 1 that I threw on a bank character for the next time around.

Try running the Sharn Syndicate quests - you can get some no min level +2 stat items bound to account from them.
