Monk wind stance speed?

I can't find the post on the break down of the attack speed for windstance?

10% insight (stacks with enhancement effects)

Cool thanks. That is what I thought. So wind stance 4 is the same as haste for a monk so no reason to wait around for haste. Let the zerging begin.

Lesser: 7.5% enhancement (does not stack with haste), 2.5% insight (stacks)
normal: 10% enhancement, 5% insight
greater: 12.5% enhancement, 7.5% insight
ultimate: 15% enhancement (same as haste), 10% insight
