Update Error

I have tired to install the game 3 times. Each time everything goes well until the game begins updating.

At the same point each time I get an update error regarding this file:

client_cell_1.dat-3191

It happens when the update game data portion of the launcher is at 10% (6/59).

I've tried disabling antivirus and firewall when the updater runs and that does not help either.

Please advise.
