    Default Dwarf Warchanter THF Build, Please evaluate.

    Hello! I'm still very wet behind the ears with DDO. I've been reading the forums over the past week, and trying to piece together a few builds to level up. The following build is for a Dwarf Warchanter THF build. I was shooting for a Warchanter that can contribute to DPS as well as help a little with heals while grouped, and be fairly self-sufficient when not grouped.

    I started with a bit higher CHA than most Warchanter builds on the forums I've seen, since I didn't want to be stuck unable to cast spells if I have bad luck with drops. I figure by the time I can cast 3rd level spells, I'll have found some CHA items.

    I'm not too sure if my damage will be good with the feat selection. I forwent ITHF and GTHF to get Extend (for keeping Master's Touch up, mainly) and Stunning Blow (for autocrits on stunned mobs... If I'm correct about that rule).

    The build does not include gear, as I have no idea what's available at higher levels at this point. Any input is appreciated. Thanks.

    Nice build !!!

    I would drop Concentration, no really need for a warchanter imho and you can use wands for healing, for another skill like Haggle or Diplomacy.

    Drop Stunning Blow for another THF feat. You wont be able to land it halfway reliably at level 18.


    other than that - solid build.

    I agree with Noctus--good build, swap out that feat. You'll really like this character, I'm thinking.

    Looks like a fun build but I have a few questions.

    1. Does the 2 handed fighting feat work with dwarven axes since they are one handed weapons?

    2. Since Dwarf Bards are not granted the dwarven axe proficiency, does masters touch work on it since dwarven axes are considered exotic?

    3. Would you use another axe, or a shield with this build?

    Thanks for the suggestions, everyone. I'll swap out the Stunning Blow for a THF feat and Concentration for Haggle.

    @YakoSF: This is a two handed fighting build. I'll be using a Great Axe w/Master's Touch. I'm not sure how Master's Touch works with Dwarven Axes, though it won't be an issue with this guy. Edit: Master's Touch does work w/DAs.

    For dwarves, dwarven axe is considered a martial weapon proficiency rather than an exotic which is why Master's Touch works with it.
