I understand why DM's cannot replace items that go missing in mail, or when they have to do a 5 minute or more server rollback, what I am suggesting, is that when this happens, instead of this response..
We apologize for any inconvenience a recent server crash may have caused you. Unfortunately the In-Game Support team is unable to grant, replace or restore any in-game content or quest progression that may have been affected by the server issue. - +Glandore+
that they reset raid timers and chests so we can grind for whatever it is we have lost, instead of just saying too bad you were at the raid chest and didn't loot it, wait three days.. or too bad you ransacked those chests then lost that mail, wait a week.
I think this would take the bad taste out of many subscribers mouths, when servers crash and/or when things are lost.
It is a simple courtesy to allow us to play again what we just played due to server problems. I don't think it is too much to ask.
