A Crazy Build?Anyone help me pls:)

Alright I am going to reincarnate my monk to a fighter. I don't want to use any weapons......I want to be a dr/intim/shield bashing LOL. For better DR I was thinking going WF? Would the Epic Golden Greaves stack with Wf DR and other items? Bludgening Focus helps with damage on shield bashing ? What about bloodstone? Pls if anyone has an idea of a not to gimpy build go ahead and post it here pls. This is only a reincarnate and I wont stick with this build so pls don't try to change my mind. Thanks all.

For some reason i been thinking on something like this myself just for fun. There was a certain shield with like ghost touch or some **** on it that got my head spinning. Best bet would be to roll a new guy with vet status, equip the shield, grab the feats and see if they add damage. Ok i just tried and they dont, str seems to add to shields attack value but not the damage. WF DR stacks with blocking DR. I would still put some ******** weapon in my main hand, like a sceptor or a dagger or anything that looked funny. Too bad you cant just equip two shields!

Hmmm defender, Improved shield mastery, improved shield bashing... maybe instead of bloodstone a seeker +10 weapon in right hand? Is hard to judge as shields are not the greatest of weapons. I remember back in beta my friend Azden really ended up as a bludgeoning build due to his view that IC: bludgeon, etc... should have applied to shields - which of course does not.

I think intimidate as a skill is great but you have to remember not all things in game can be intimidated although there are a good percentage of those which can... it takes some getting used to also in pugs you always have those few zerging barbs running ahead undermining you functional skills. :whistling: But this is not an endeavor without merit on your part.
