On one of my characters I aquired a necklace of fireball from the Irestone Inlet quest. I used the necklace on one of the Sharn Syndicate questline quests and after using the last charge, the necklace disappeared. I submitted a service/trouble report in-game and was told by a GM to report it as a bug. I still am wondering why I was told to submit a bug report after losing an item in-game when bug reports are never replied to. I wanted my issue fixed at the time I reported it but feel like I was rolled over and told to place nice. Is this normal for support? Something goes wrong in-game and you are told to hush and put in a private no-reply report in, never getting your issue resolved in a timely manner? I really just want my necklace back and I'm sure there's a way to Turbine to find out what happened to my item.
