    2. You specifically want scrolls, so you go into an epic dungeon and kill the first bunch of mobs, then recall, reset and go kill them again.

Neither of those scenarios is a highly desirable kind of gameplay, and neither has obtaining scrolls being a real challenge. It may take a long time, and not all characters might be able to do it, but it's not "hard" in the way that you'd be proud to overcome it. My suggestion would add a third way you can get them: by going out into the epic desert and killing as many enemies as you can handle. It wouldn't be easier than farming the first few mobs of a dungeon over and over, but it would be less cheesy.

Do you have any idea what you're talking about?
There's a few ways to farm scrolls without a reset, you know. Especially with OOB, which produces the highest kills/minute (around 5 or so) of any quest or farming situation, and with infinite potential.

Kill 1st Aspect, hang out in its room, kill respawns with crit firewalls until you run out of sp, ddoor, recall, shrine outside OOB, enter again .. your instance won't even reset, and you wont have to waste the time/sp on killing the aspect again .. you can just keep killing the respawns.

The quest won't lock unless you take off up the passage towards the first door, so you're free to kill the 4 drow, 1 scorrow and 6 or so scorpions that respawn in that room as long as you can stand it, which, I admit, is only about 25-30 minutes at a time for me. But that's a good 130 kills worth, which is as many scroll chances as you get for a quest completion.

I like your idea, and I like Asp's with the epic bronze tokens, and I think all the token drops in epic shoudl also be epic tokens .. I see 40-50 of them a run and they are just frustrating me by making the same drop sound as a scroll.

Yes, that would be a good specific change. However, it would worsen the current scroll-obtaining situation in an interesting way:

Instead of scroll farming being a job for one sorcerer, it would be done by one sorcerer plus as many people can join to multiply the amount of loot obtained. That will have both positive and negative effects: worthless characters standing around waiting to loot is bad, but potentially having them there will encourage the group to go further and kill more than just the most vulnerable mobs possible.

Also a problem: the minute when a torc scroll bag drops and 6 torcs get made instantly, and the other 350 runs where they don't

It'd have to be just 'scroll bag' and give a different scroll to everyone or it'd be a little out of whack.

It's totally true, I have a reliable source. You better reroll now.

Since Epic is NOT FOR ALL CHARACTERS, do you?

What they really need to do is make the items the same as treasure bags, clickable by all when the fall.

It is totally unreasonable that for this one set of items they have broken with one of the strengths of the game, your loot, your name, no camping, no stealing/sniping loot.
