Up the action boost to 1 min, 20 secs is way to short. Do people actually use these besides fighter/rogue haste and ranger sprint?
Stunning blow and trip should be brought down to 6 sec cool down timer, same as stunning fists.

Haste boost is overpowered enough as it is. It would be better just to up the bonuses of the other boosts, atleast for damage boost.
20 seconds would be just fine for offensive boosts if activating the boost didn't delay your attacks. That's the real problem with them: the time spent on the boost icon means 1-4 attacks you don't get to make, and the benefit of the boost could easily fail to outweigh 2 of your regular attacks. Haste boost is the only one that can reliably compensate.
The defensive boosts (saves, resist, AC) could use a moderate increase in duration though.
