    take a toughness feat, or 4.

    Your HP is lacking for most content after GH.

    Hehe I almost took that feat but wasn't sure if it would make a big difference in the long run. How many hp will it accrue by the time I hit level 20? I plan on going ranger the rest of the build.

    Good points:
    Dodge, Mobility, Spring Attack
    Favored Enemy: Undead

    No offense, but what are you trying to do here? You're a melee character but you dumped Con. You're taking Paladin levels, but dumped Charisma. You get the TWF feats regardless of Dex, but went Finesse. Your AC won't be high enough to matter past level 12. Then you took TWD to top that off. Power Critical is a worthless feat. And by taking 3 levels of Paladin, you lock yourself out of Tempest III and don't qualify for the Paladin PrEs, which are pretty nice. One of the main enemy groups at higher levels are devils, which are Lawful Evil Outsiders, but you took FE: Chaotic Outsiders. Evil Outsider would help against Devils and Demons.

    If you want a defensive AC character, I would go Ranger 12/ Paladin 6/ Monk 2 with either an elf or Halfling.

    If you want a more DPS oriented character with high survivability, I would go human and Ranger 12/ Paladin 8. For a 28 point build, something like this would work:
    Str 15
    Dex 14
    Con 14
    Int 8
    Wis 10
    Chr 14

    If you have a Wisdom tome or +3 items or better, you could drop wisdom to 8 and Increase Str to 16.

    Feats
    Dodge
    Mobility
    Spring Attack
    Toughness
    Exotic Weapon Proficiency: Khopesh
    Extend Spell
    Improved Critical: Slashing
    Power Attack

    OTWF is nice too and is very useful at low levels. You can trade it for Power attack at higher levels.

    If you tell us a little more about the role you had in mind, we could give better advice.

    3 pally is not good. You loose the tier 2 PrE at lvl 18 and for a tempest ranger thats rather a lot.
