Broken Quests = tough luck = no help

HI all

as a player comming to the US-servers from European im quite shocked about the quality of help from gameadmins.
eg today I ran Coalescence Chamber... and we fight our way to the endbattle.

We kill saladenko tjadenko or whatever his name are... But quest won't complete.
The objective of "Defeating the Fiendish Ambush" still reads 6 left.

So after scouring the dungeon (DD to start) we figure it must be a bug and call a GM.
Basically i ask of 2 things:

1. please advice if it is a bug or we as players messed up (so we could remedy it)
2. please set Dungeon to complete (we got chests, shavarath stones and all) so its a matter of XP, IF its a bug

Basically im told:
We cannot help in any way but please do make a bug report. Almost as useless a help as the supports at my ISP :-(

In this attitude i have one argument:
1. if GM's won't or can't help and error occurs randomly and we don't get feedbak on Bug Reports then why the f... do a Bug report in the first place....
2. we are paying customors who should do the devs job but don't get a "reward", which could be as miniscule as quest completion.....


aaaaanyways without this sound like a ranting noob did ANY1 else try this problem in Coal?

Sounds like you didn't defeat the ambush after you kill the cube (the guys the spawn outside the cave entrance you have to kill)

shoulda just worked your way down the shaft from top and killed all the mobs you ran across that is all u needed to do. The ambush is all the mobs as u come out the door from the ooze with the last key
