"Searchng for a logon server...(Attempt x/20)" :S

Hi, i'm new in DDO, i'm form Argentina and i play in my PC and it work great, but in my friends house i installed but it said "Searching for logon server" and shows attempmts to log in and then appear a critical msj tha sais "Connection failed. Time to connect to the server failed", i think thats is 'couse he has a router and 2 PCs connected, i don't know if the problem is that the internet doesn't allows or i don't know :S i left a pic, sory for mi writing xD i hope it can be fixed, bye adn thx
