I managed to upgrade my account to VIP fine, but right after that I tried upgrading my boyfriend's account and it said it went through, sending a confirmation email and all, but instead of actually upgrading the account, it locked it into FREE so now I can't even try again to upgrade it. I have no way of upgrading his account now -- so the only option I have for now is to cancel my account before I get charged. We want to play together as soon as possible, so if someone can fix his account so that I can upgrade it to VIP that would be great.

Same happend to me good luck gms never read here it seems and ive been on hold for 1 hour waiting for support :/

Called was put on hold for one hours cuse very busy but they fixed it within 2 mins so yeah suggest doing the same xD
