purchasing ddo points for a friend

Hi! I have a friend whos birthday is comming up, and I really wanted to purchase them some ddo points for it. I wasnt sure how exactly how i could go about doing this and was wondering if they would gain vip access for it if i did. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: Best thing to do is call them because last time I called in, they said they had a 3-week waiting period for email requests. Called in and changes were immediate.
