Add more wand choices at higher levels

I'd like to see you expand the choices for wand purchases in higher-level areas like Amrath.

I don't see any balancing problem with offering:
Resist Energy (10)
Blur (10)
Protection from Elements (10)
or even Shield (10) wands as purchasable magic.

For those of us with UMD characters, it sucks to have to buy these things off the AH all the time. These are standard buffs for nearly every quest.

Yes, but that shield lasts 1 minute, and that resist energy lasts 3, and is only 10.

We want higher lvl wands, such as shield wands for 10 minutes, and resist energy 30. Wands like protection would also be nice.

Yes, but they're both worthless to high level characters, who use chest-found cl 11 resist energy and cl 10 shield/blur/protection, which is why he's asking that they just sell the darn things already.
