Launcher error when i start up the Launcher

I just downloaded and installed the standard version of DDO unlimited, but when after the installation when i start up the game with the launcher a small window pops out with lots of errors i think.
System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException:Except ion has been thrown by the target of an invocation.
System.ArgumentException: Font 'Tahoma' doesn't support style 'regular'.
at system.drawning.font.initialize(fontfamily family, single emsize, fontstyle style, graphicsunit unit, byte gdicharset, boolean, gdiverticalfont)
Theres a lottttt more but too lazy to type each one of them out :|
Anybody know what the problem might be ;D?

I get the exact same error here. I too have the standard version and I'm running Windows 7 (32bit).
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Can either of you post a screen cap of the error in question?

Also which OS and bit version are you two running?

Give the steps in this article in the knowledge base article linked here a run through, if it keeps up though definitely open a support request.

Thanks for giving me that link but it didn't help. I reinstalled .Net Framework 1.1 and the hotfix, but it didn't solve the issue (btw, the hotfix doesn't show up in the Add/Remove list - not sure if this is a problem). There's also no 'TurbineServices.config' file to be found (again, not sure if this is a problem).

I've submitted a ticket and I hope this will be solved

For some reason, the "Tahoma" font was missing. Now that I added it, I can play DDO. Thanks to the support for the quick reply.
