Re-downloading the Game

Because of a technical difficulty I experienced in the game, I need to re-download and install the game. However, is there a way to bypass the beginning page for my name and email address, because I only have one email address and it says to use one that is not on file with Turbine (something to that effect).

Also if I do succeed in re-installing the game will it overwrite the first installment thus losing my character?

Your username and password credentials are stored on Turbine's servers, not on your machine, so a reinstall won't affect that.

Oh, and same with your characters - they're stored on Turbine's server, too.

Instead of trying to create a second trial. The system won't let you have more than one trial with the same email address.

Once it's installed, you'll just log in with the same username and password you always used for the game, and your characters will be on the same server.
