    Default Pure Paladin for solo play?

    This is my first attempt at making my own build. I posted the first version until the paladin forum but thought that I might get a little more feedback here. A note on the tomes: I figure that you can get a +1 to everything tome for about the same price as a +1 to four stats so why not get the extra 2 stats improved.

    Weapon will be a greatsword or falchion. Depends on what I can find in the game. I borrowed pretty heavily from others so thank you to Aranticus' threads.

    You have a pretty standard THF Paladin build. Well balanced.

    Question: do you want to bother about AC? It helps a TON while solo-ing. (THF isn't the best for AC, TWF or Shield is better)

    I was hoping the decent HP, self-healing, self-buffing and a good set of full plate would work for that. Would THF defense be a decent choice at Lvl 15? Then move Extend to level 18 and drop cleave all together?
