    Default Game Pass Card

    Hello! I'm having some troubles wich my account change to VIP. I'm from Brazil and dont have credit card. Recently i buy a game pass car from Pay By Cash but i cant use it.

    First - i create a account wich "<edit>" username and not found the link to enter my code.
    Second - i create other account wich "<edit>" username and this time i found the link "add game card" . I put the code in the crrect field but my account doesn't change from free to vip mode.

    I cant contact de suport team by phone because is too expensive (i'm from Brazil) and 1 - 2 week is a too long time to wait. Please help me to get my VIP acess.

    When i try to re-enter my code in the "<edit>" account, apear this message: "The Game Card you entered is already in use. [err: 30016] " But in the first time i entered the code the site shows a "confirmation message".

    I send some thickets to suport team but a ive no response.



    PLEASE give me some informations and teach me how a proceed to get my VIP acess.

    Live on Brazil too i have some problem it pass code too, i open ticket and now waiting for response, what server you planning to play? i play on Ghallanda.

    First I would like to show my indignation with the service provided by the Turbine company. Just how flawed is the system of

    managing accounts of access to DDO game.

    I do not have international credit card, so I bought a 30 - day game pass through the company Pay By Cash to have access to

    the game. The company Pay By Cash sent me a code to be inserted at the following site and following the information contained

    in this e-mail:

    "Redeeming your DDO Game Pass.

    Do you have an existing subscription to DDO?
    Yes -
    Log in as a Current Customer at https://billing.turbine.com

    Select the subscription that you wish to apply the Game Pass to, and click the "Add Game Pass Card" link.

    Enter the 25 character Game Pass Card information into the field and hit Submit.

    Be sure to check your next billing date. You will see it has been changed to reflect the days allowed by the Game Pass.


    No -

    Click the link to Create a new Turbine Account and subscribe to DDO at https://billing.turbine.com

    First enter your Product Key (this is NOT your Game Pass Card) and finish the data entry of the required account fields.

    Billing Options will now be displayed.

    Scroll down and select Game Pass Card.

    Enter the 25 character Game Pass Code information into the field and hit Submit.


    Be sure to check your next billing date. You will see it has been changed to reflect the days allowed by the Game Pass code.

    I followed the instructions but when accessed my first account whose login is <edit>, but the link "Add Game Pass Card"

    did not appear. Then I went into the forum and searched again on this subject .... Finding no solution i created a second

    login, <edit>.

    In the account whose login is <edit> I found the link "Add Game Pass Card" and enter the code received by email

    (from Pay By Cash). A confirmation message in green appeared to me, but my credits were not added to my account.

    This is already more than a week and still can not release my VIP access. This is outrageous! On your website you say that

    the time for response is 1 - 2 weeks. This period is ridiculous!!

    Already sent several tickets and nothing! How can a company be so sloppy as well? I'm sending this message by ticket and by

    the forum and I hope action by you of Turbine Company.

    If I do not find a definitive solution to this problem, I will use all legal and commercial devices to recover all such

    losses, whether financial or moral.

    I quick answers and solutions even faster. In two days I will be taking my steps to sort out this matter with the relevant

    authorities.
