    also as i already activated the game card does the days of my pass keep running or only starts when i get my account upgraded

    The issue where players cannot add a GTC is a KNOWN issue. The sticky explains that, which is why I generally refer questions back to that stick.

    For help, please contact the Account Management department. If you call, please have the GTC available. If you complete a web form, please include the GTC.

    The time given by the GTC starts when that code is added to the account.

    GTC is a known issue, been known for over a year and no fix.

    HUGE issue is a multinational company with only a local landline for support.
    I DO NOT LIVE IN DEDHAM,MA

    Supply a 800 number please.
    While I appreciate Victorie responding quickly to most posts, I do not appreciate the
    implication I am a liar. Last post I stated I was on hold for 30 min, NO LIE. I gave up.
    And an 8 day turn around for a player wanting to upgrade from Premium or F2P to VIP
    is a severe deterrent to maintaining a playerbase.

    i created a new account already and entered the code however the account didnt change to vip.. but i assume the time is already running then..

    Post Oh no

    OK, i am just another one with the same problem. Somehow, I feel relief: at least im not the only one having this problem. I want to believe that the 30-days pass i bought will start counting when I enter the pass. It still may be a problem if it takes more than a week to solve this, since the free time im having this week i won´t have next.
    This is the first time i pay a game subscription, and i am already regreting it. Today i spent all my spare time reading useless posts or writing complains. After paying 20 dollars (that in my country buys many other options) i would have never expect to have less fun than when i was playing for free! I already waste a lot of time trying to buy turbine points with Paypal (by the way, it was 4 days ago and had no reply from account support). Making a phone call is out of the question, unless turbine guys are willing to pay an international call

    Well, i guess i will have to wait.

    Please, answer the question of when the 30 days start counting. Can I use the pass anytime? (lets say on december this year)

    You'll receive the time eventually. I have the same problem as many of you. I bought a GameTime Code from PaybyCash and don't have the option to enter it anywhere. It took 7 business days for them to turnaround last month.
    Oh well.

    I don't get why the option "Add Game Card" disappears after you lose VIP status....Oh well.

    I got the same problem, i was a F2P player and dont have a credit card i use Pay by cash option they send me all the details for my transation i go to turbine and dosent have the option "Add a card", so i was mad about it, try to serch here and got these post by custumer service, did all the instructions of the turbine team, and guess what all the problem whit my acount was fixed in the time just take 6 days to do it, yeah maybe is a little long time but hey they help me, Thanks Turbine Team.

    Default 30 gtc pass issues

    I have the same issue as most people here I baught a time card from paybycash.com and entered on my wife's account which is part of mine aswell, but it did not update the account and she is still f2p.. plz help I have posted on another thread but still no response. Ty in advance
