    Unhappy Help on 30-day game pass.

    Good night

    I need help, i buy 30-day game pass and cant use so far, i dont have the option to insert the code on my screen, there is a alternative for me to send the code? There is expected to solve these problems?

    Also i can not even complet the register on turbine, i downloaded game, and dont find the product key and dont have credit card, i need these for user 30-day game pass?

    only have this...

    and the other options for Credit Card and Billing Address

    I try on browser I.E 7 and same problems

    I would like to contact the Account Management department for assistance but, on screen Account Ticket i dont know what should i put in the options "Card Holder First/Last Name" and "Last Four Digits of Card on File" I need a credit card for?

    And in description can i put the pass code for DDO for validate and so i can use this way what I bought?

    Angry Bug bad....

    Now i creat a new account and there.... apear the "Add Game Card/Code" under the subscription, i want this option on my account,this is not fair.

    Dear SDM

    It changed my account type, under the subscription appeared FREE in blue, now is green writing PREMIUM, as may have changed this status without my having made any purchases?

    And the option "Add Game Card/Code" not apear

    Please send an email to the Account Management department. Enter None for the credit card holder name, and 0000 for the last 4 digits.

    Please also include the game card you bought.

    First I would like to show my indignation with the service provided by the Turbine company. Just how flawed is the system of

    managing accounts of access to DDO game.

    I do not have international credit card, so I bought a 30 - day game pass through the company Pay By Cash to have access to

    the game. The company Pay By Cash sent me a code to be inserted at the following site and following the information contained

    in this e-mail:

    Do you have an existing subscription to DDO?
    Yes -
    Log in as a Current Customer at https://billing.turbine.com

    Select the subscription that you wish to apply the Game Pass to, and click the "Add Game Pass Card" link.

    Enter the 25 character Game Pass Card information into the field and hit Submit.

    Be sure to check your next billing date. You will see it has been changed to reflect the days allowed by the Game Pass.


    No -

    Click the link to Create a new Turbine Account and subscribe to DDO at https://billing.turbine.com

    First enter your Product Key (this is NOT your Game Pass Card) and finish the data entry of the required account fields.

    Billing Options will now be displayed.

    Scroll down and select Game Pass Card.

    I followed the instructions but when accessed my first account whose login is <edit>, but the link "Add Game Pass Card"

    did not appear. Then I went into the forum and searched again on this subject .... Finding no solution i created a second

    login, jogoskanindragon.

    In the account whose login is <edit> I found the link "Add Game Pass Card" and enter the code received by email

    (from Pay By Cash). A confirmation message in green appeared to me, but my credits were not added to my account.

    This is already more than a week and still can not release my VIP access. This is outrageous! On your website you say that

    the time for response is 1 - 2 weeks. This period is ridiculous!!

    Already sent several tickets and nothing! How can a company be so sloppy as well? I'm sending this message by ticket and by

    the forum and I hope action by you of Turbine Company.

    If I do not find a definitive solution to this problem, I will use all legal and commercial devices to recover all such

    losses, whether financial or moral.

    I quick answers and solutions even faster. In two days I will be taking my steps to sort out this matter with the relevant

    I have the same issue almost exactly. I sent an email through the support page it says it can take 2 weeks, it is a 30 day game pass!

    I am hoping that this is an easy fix since it is a known issue. if not I will call account management at noon when they open...

    The issue where not all players are able to add a game card is a known issue that we are working to fix, and there is a sticky about it at the top of this page, which I have linked previously in this thread. Account Management email turn around is actually a few business days at this time. You may also call, the number is listed in my signature. Please note that this issue is something that you need to contact the Account Management department about, it cannot be fixed via the forum. Also, if you email please be sure to include the game time card in the email, or have it available if you call.

    Please note that you should NEVER post your username for your account security.

    Having the same problem in Reedeming my game Card, i followed the instructions that you gave, and have send a email with my Game Card, but have no response from tem (3 days ago...) wath i have to do now?

    Email turn around is within a few business days. The Account Management department is not open on the weekends. They answer all emails as quickly as possible in the order they are received. You can still call, or wait to hear back via email. You should be hearing from them soon.

    Wow I am having the same GTC problem and I have shot an email to account management, but reading several threads including this one I am really thinking I just flushed twenty bucks down the toilet. No customer service on the weekends and the Customer Service phone number only open when I am working Im wondering if turbine has a clue? Well I am really enjoying playing this game but this is scary. Im not going to give a credit card to a company that is looking a lil shady. I guess i will find out soon enough if the 20 dollar code sitting in my email is useless.

    just bought a 30 day pass from paybycash and hitting the very same problem! on my main account im unable to find the add game card option so i created a new account and found that very option. However after entering the game card the account still stays as a free account as isnt upgraded. My question really is how long does it take for the account to be upgraded?
