Errors: Unable to create an account AND unable to report the problem

Ok these are the problems:

1) A friend of mine is trying to create a Turbine account for DDO, but he keeps getting this error message which prevents him from doing so.
The Error code is: #FTxB1H1VU7Q


2) We tried to report this using the tech support form which we are told to use in this thread:

However the form asks for credit card details and will not allow you to proceed without them. As I am not paying for a VIP upgrade, I do not have those details, and therefore cannot report this problem.

We have also tried emailing account management, and they have not responded.

So who can we talk to to get these problems sorted out - since all the methods we have tried so far have had no success.

Any suggestions would be appreciated - and if you have the solution to the first problem, even better.

Hello,

Please have your friend visit the ticket submission page HERE and select the type of "New Account Key Request". We will be able to send him a product key to work around the problem if he send in a ticket through that page. If you don't have a card on the account you can just enter 0000 in that field and it should send the ticket over to us.
