Just saw HERO, a chinese film made in 2002 and I gotz ta tell ya, what a great flick!
Assassins , swords , principles , scenery , fights - chums, this flick had it all!
Encouraged to watch it again with the kids as it shows a side of warriors usually not seen... and to an extent restores a sense for me that maybe, the end does justify the means and that the suffering of a few is outweighed by good served to many.

I liked the movie, but I hate the very last few minutes. I'm more into happier endings.
