    Default So I emailed support...

I emailed support about a week/week and a half ago re. the fact that I have received no monthly points since we "went live". Got initial points then a few favor awards then nothing. What do I have to do to get the 500 points a month (including the ones already owed from 1st month after go live to now) I am paying for with my subscripton? I thought that was part of the package I am paying for as a VIP member. Why do we as players have to email/call support or post on forums to get what you told us was part of the package? Thats like going through the drive through and ordering your value meal then having to drive back, go in, and talk to a manager just to get your fries.

Anybody know how to fix this?

Please see this post about VIP points.

All emails are answered in the order they are received. The current email turn around is about 2 weeks, due to volume (Eberron and Free play have proved very popular). We are working to improve this response time. If you sent a week and a half ago, you'll probably hear back soon, or you can call (hold times have been very short recently).

I'm nearly into my fourth week of waiting for a response to an E-mail on missing 999 + 400 + 500 turbine points - I don't think the 2 week turnaround quoted here is completely realistic.

I would love if your phone lines opened a bit earlier for non-US players.

Generally speaking, if it has been more than 2 weeks since you sent an email, there are a few things that may cause lack of response.

In some cases email responses can be caught in a junk, spam or deleted folder.

We also receive a large amount of inquiries without an email address. Many players enter their last name in the email field, instead of an email. If there isn't an email address included, you may not receive a response.

However, if it has been more than 2 weeks, feel free to call or send a second email.

    Thanks for the response.

I raised another ticket as the first seems to be void then.
