    Default Logged in to find lost levels and gear

    So I tried twice now to send in a ticket and no response what so ever so lets see what happens here...

    I just started playing DDO a few months ago and i have been enjoying my experience with it so far.... Well just recently I got orders to deploy so i pack up my stuff and shipped out.. after some 30+ days i finally have access to a computer again and internet , i log back in to find i have lost several levels, my leveling sigal and gear.. a few levels may not seem like much to most people but when you have limited playing time and takes you 3 weeks just to get to level 4 then you can see how this could bother you.

    Now i put in several tickets and nothing so far.. i dont want my gear back or my gold , just restore my levels ! took me forever and i have no urge to replay the same parts all over again for another month to gain what i have lost and will just not play anymore to save my sanity..

    I would bet that you leveled your character on Lammania rather than your home server. Is lammania up at the moment? You might want to check that server and see if thats what you recall.

    I started on the Argonnessen Server and havent moved , transfered to another server nor have I made character on another server

    Weird. THe biggest Rollback we've ever had was a matter of hours at most...

    Since i have a free account at first I thought maybe it was becuase i have a free acocunt and havent upgraded yet so if i was logged out to long it took levels away but after some research and i couldnt find others with this issue i figured something was going on.

    I just really have no urge to spend countless hours re-earning what i have already earned again

    If you're able to call, I recommend that as email turn around is slow at the moment. Hold times have been very short recently. Both phone and email contact information for the Account Management department are available in my signature.
