    Default No Credit Card on File

    I'm trying to buy turbine points and it's simply not working. I've updated my billing information and payment method in my turbine account and I've checked to make sure that the information is the same as the information with my financial institution. But the information doesn't seem to get transferred to the DDO store. I see a little box in the lower left side saying they have no credit card on file. So what's up with that?

    I'd recommend contacting the Account Management department for assistance. You can call, or email, options for both are in my signature.

    Will I be charged for a long distance call? Or is it a call free number like a 1-800 number?

    I am sorry, it is not a toll free number. However, you might try calling on a cell, or on one of those internet phone services - some of them offer one or two free calls. Please note that hold times have been very short recently.

    You can email, but turn around is currently about 2 weeks (Eberron and Free Play have proved very popular). We are working to improve our response time. If you email, please include the error number(s) you're receiving. Do NOT include your credit card. We can't take credit cards via email, for our player's security.

    If you're sure the card is in the account, and you want to buy points, then please include the following in the email:

    -username
    -your first and last name
    -last 4 digits of the credit card
    -billing address of the credit card
    -number of points you want to buy
    -cost of the point bundle
