    Default "Whirling Dervish" build advice

I'm trying figure out whether or not to roll as (pure elf fighter, or elf fighter/ranger) w/ dual wield scimitars I'm just too sure.

Everyone has asked me, "Drizzit" after dual scimitars are said. ("Drow" of course not i can't unlocked it yet so no lol)

any suggestions/advice or build would be awesome.

Hmm not quite sure what you are asking for here.

Rangers get nearly all of the two weapon fighting (related) feats for free, plus the ability to cast spells (including healing, etc) and excellent skill points.

Fighters get lots of extra feats.

Rangers get the very nice Tempest prestige class at 6/12/18 levels of ranger.

Fighters get the very nice Kensai prestige class, also at 6/12/18 levels of fighter.

I would go Ranger, personally, perhaps with 2 levels of fighter fairly early to get the extra 2 feats that rangers don't get for free (two Weapon Defense, Oversized Two Weapon Fighting). Remember that scimitars are NOT "finesse" weapons, so don't bother with Weapon Finesse, your STR is your primary stat for using scimitars.
    On Sarlona:
    Omnitek 17 (WF Monk 13/ Rogue 3/Wizard 1, soloist).
Calphalon 7 (WF, Rogue 1/Artificer 6, *still* duoing with my wife and having fun)

My pure ranger human tempest actually started her own guild called "Whirling Dervish"...

So yeah, that gets my vote.

Scimitars are weak. Spend a feat on khopesh. They look close enough to scimitars to roleplay your concept, only you'll have Drizz't's dps too.

X3 crit for the win. That's an extra 1d6 damage on any burst weapon crit, times 2 for dual wield, times x for sneak attack crit. Yea, it's a cascade of increased crit damage over scimitar and you will crit a lot dual wielding.

A seeker(+8 to confirm crit) khopesh of maiming in one hand and anything else in the other is crazy. Vorpal is good for the other hand, so are burst weapons.

    Khopesh for the win...
