Ok new to game (VIP) and took Po2HH at creation. 28 point elf. I'm level 4 atm. Should I drop the path and change a feat or two around? I'm was hoping that since its only level 4 it shouldn't be that big a deal to swap a feat or two.

It's salvageable. The feats are good but the stat distribution sucks. This is what a lot of us say not to do...DEX too high, CON too low...blah blah blah. If you do stick with this...do not put another point into dex. get your CON up and then WIS. Or WIS up then CON.
do not take any of the lvl 6 or higher automatic feats. Do a custom thing.
actually, in terms of feats 2-headed heron doesn't screw anything up til level 6(cleave instead of stunning fist). drop the path though because at level 12 it makes the stupidest decision i've ever seen on a monk build
it takes imp. crit slashing
you'll also want to stop putting level up points in dexterity(you put one there at 4), either str(for dmg) or wisdom(for ac/dc) or con(for HP).
a good path to salvage there would be: 8:dex, 12:wis, 16:wis, 20: wis. plus the 3 monk wis enhancements and the 2 elven dex enhancements putting you at(with +6 item):
14(20) str
22(28) dex
12(18) con (too low, but you're 28 point)
8 int
20(26) wis
8 cha
which is a decent spread until you get access to 32's/reincarnation.
once lesser/greater reincarnation come out, drop down to 16 starting dex, and pump con some(you'll need to have found a +2 dex tome).
once you get 32-point, if you have the +2 dex tome, change it to 16 dex, 14 con and rest of points in wis
i have no idea what the path does for enhancements. odds are they're stupid so look at the builds posted here and respec those to the lines you feel are interesting/useful
Rule one: never act incautiously when confronting a little bald wrinkly smiling old man. ~ Terry Pratchett
That was not stupid at the time the path was written. It's that the game rules have changed since then, to improve the combat effectiveness of unarmed.
No path does anything for enhancements, which is really an oversight of the character path system.
