I hadn't really thought about it. Some, probably, depending on what resolution you'd like. Are you asking about the screenshot only? Or the motivational poster as a whole?

Nope, just regular old lightning bolt.

You can tell how old the pic is due to the fact that he's casting it in the marketplace. O_o
