Experienced guild officer looking for new guild

I am successor of my guild (I won't say witch guild) on the Argonnessen server and have been trying to create a good active guild for about 2 months now but with the other officers not helping, at all, and my leader NEVER on (been almost a month now) it's tough if not impossible. How can I scold guild members for absenteeism when my own leadership is frequently MIA for weeks at a time. I have fostered a great deal of loyalty among the members who do come on consistently and I, tired as I am of bailing out a sinking ship with a tea spoon, am prepared to defect to another guild bringing all my loyal members with me. So the question at hand is, any takers?

I'd be bringing at least 10 people with me maybe more depending on how things go, they range in level and degree of experience. I myself have a 12 barb (main) a 7 rogue and a 7 cleric and I know my roll in a group with all of them. I would also ask that what ever guild takes us in make me an officer. I realize you don't have to but for me its a demotion either way as I'm steeping from second in command of one guild to being junior officer in another. I know Im going to fall down the ranks I just don't want to fall all the way to the bottom, plus if I have recruitment powers it will make getting my old guildies over to your guild allot faster and easier.

As a side note I am aware that if I or any of my guildies do not pass muster in you guild we will get booted and I will make sure that they all know that as well. I have been very diligently teaching these guys the ropes and I will not let them be a hindrance only a help.

So that every one understands, I do not bear ill will towards my old guild and if I was leader I probably wouldn't be doing this but changes need to be made and my Guild leader is not around any more to make them. I want a guild that is active, works as a team and recognizes that being in a guild means giving not just taking. If your only going to be logged on once a month don't join a guild, there's no point.

Fact is the reason why I am leaving my guild is because I want to do raids and stuff and cant cause there's only ever like 5 members logged on at the same time. I can't even get a good party together half the time! I'm not going to pretend I am an uber-leet player, far from it; but, I can follow directions, I learn fast, I know the different classes strengths and weaknesses well enough to organize raids and build balanced parties, and I am on almost daily. I would be an asset to any guild and I come standard with cannon fatter (Malibu play house sold separately)! It's a tasty offer if ever there was one!

Ok mate(no I am not austrailian). Its your lucky day I have a fresh guild. I just made a website for it but there happens to be one small problem. I was wondering if i could make a deal with you I have made a site (forum) and its for this game but i do not have the shop money but im saving it all up im almost got all of the money but not quiet there I am kinda new to DDO got a lvl 4 rouge I am on the same server as you so i was wondering if you could wait mabee a week for the ingame guild to be made i have made a website so sign up there and ill make you a mod if you and your buddies sign up on it

Well I appreciate the offer but like I said I am looking for a guild with many active players and if I am reading correctly you haven't even made your guild yet, it will be the same problems with new names. How can I run raids with no guild mates to run them with? Plus you say your new, I'd really like for some one who is more experienced than I am to be in charge of me.

Tell ya what if you get your guild up and running and get some good experienced players who are very active and I haven't found any other guild to take me in yet I will join yours.

Well honestly... It's a good start but, the pages is to busy for one, the fire wallpaper hurt my eyes, it's like I was looking in to a real fire... on the sun, and there are to many messages flying around. You have a floating window, a ticker and a vertical scrolling up date panel that has only one up date in it. It looks like your trying to hard, and change all the gray stuff to black and the blue stuff to white or better yet red, that will make it pop more and make it look much cooler. It's not that bad though. I like the flame behind your logo simplicity in logos is a lost art. The forums are very well delineated as well and cover just about anything anyone could want to discuss. the make or break in any forum is usually the colors and wallpaper, I use to go the the [adultswim] message boards (a.k.a. the [as]mb) till they to that stupid B3AR5 wall paper. I only check one thread any more, if not for that thread I'd never go back.

Also every time I click on your link it goes to the site and a little window pops up that has a message from 10red01 that says "this site is still gay". its probably not the kind of marketing your going for, mite want to get rid of that.

You sound like you have the leadership talent to be able to snatch up an officer spot in PWNY. Send Mhykke or Blahish a tell in game...if they don't answer at first, just keep trying. The more persistant you are, the more likely they are to respond in your favor.
