Sun Flask - Ghost Touch Throwing Dart (20 Stack) *Blinding Effect

This one is a bit misleading as Sun Flasks don't blind on-hit. They drive away the darkness of Mabar (aka, they do roughly 75 light damage to undead and oozes on a failed save reflex save, as they are vulnerable to light).

The "blinding effect" probably refers to the graphical effect.
