I have a $5 DDO code from PAX and I do not know where to enter it. It did not work when I tried entering it in the DDO store on the point purchase page or as a game card through the account management.

I'm sorry but the PAX point codes expired on October 8, 2009.
On or before that date, they could be added by clicking the "Get More" button from within the DDO store.
