    Default Halfling Thief Acrobat Build

Well, after having unlocked Veteran status and having played now 5 or 6 characters up till level 6-10, I think I've finally found the kind of mix I'd really like to do, and wanted feedback from people who (likely...) know much better than I do about the logistics of such things.

I realize, from most reviews/posts, that the Thief Acrobat path is a bit underwhelming, but I really like Monk's 'Align the Heavens' as well as 'Walk of the Sun' and even 'Dance of the Clouds' if I don't have someone in my group that can cast blur (Mostly a lower level thing, I know). I've also found I really enjoy skulking about and having a quasi-valuable party position in trapsmithing. That said, below is the build I came up with, please note my highest character is a LV10 Monk and I freely admit I'm rather ignorant with some DDO mechanics, especially anything that would come... After LV10.

    A few explanations:
    - Level order was done such that I could have my rogue skills capped @20 (Rogue 13 had to be the final level).
    - Monk needed to be LV19 so I could have Concentration as high as possible without hurting rogue skills.
    - I didn't factor in any equipment anywhere because, simply, I don't know **** about endgame stuff, therefore everything on this post is merely base information (That anyone with a LV20 toon would 100% have access to).
    - Plan was for Quaterstaffs and Robes to be worn.
    - I'm taking Two Weapon Fighting until I get Thief Acrobat, then feat swapping it for Two Handed Fighting once I unlock Thief Acrobat. (Handwraps until Acrobat, then Quaterstaves > Endgame)

I think that's about everything, thanks for any input/feedback.

Edit: Fixed some formatting problems and added some explanations.

Edit 2: Realized the 'Bonus Monk Feat' at Lv3 was just choosing your path, modified things accordingly. Not actually sure if I'm better off with Cleave/Great Cleave and no Mobility/Spring Attack (People seem to talk a lot about 'twitch' fighting, I don't understand it, but it seems the -4 to hit would hurt a lot, or just going with whirlwind and using it as a situational throw-out attack when the timers up.

This is very similar to the build I'm contemplating, except I'm not taking the spring attack line, and doing full halfling dragonmarks instead.

Also, you're going to need to drop a feat. Monks don't get a bonus one at 3.

I'm doing the same, albeit in drow form. Here's a quick halfling version of my build I worked up though, just for the sake of comparison.

Enhancements could be switched around a bit, as I didn't realise how expensive getting halfling guile/cunning and rogue sneak attack training were all together until I was most of the way through the build and couldn't be bothered going back to correct my mistakes. Also, I would have liked to add at least a +2 con tome to this, but left it off. The int one I felt was necessary at level 3 however, and as they're purchasable from the store I left it in.

Fixed my problem with the feats, which brings about supreme sadness as I had to choose what to take/keep. It seemed with a lower BAB that losing spring attack would suck, while having Whirlwind available would probably fit as well, though I've never had either so it's guesswork I suppose.

7th Monk didn't appeal to me too much in this case - Wholeness of Body is nice, but with UMD as my main class skill I didn't think I'd get much mileage out of it.

Thanks for the feedback I actually gave a lot of thought to trying to run as an Elf with Dragonmarks for utility, but didn't take the idea anywhere~

I started a 2 monk/ 18 rogue acrobat, then got to about 7 when I learned that I'm really going to need a high level sugar daddy character to twink it, which I don't. I don't have the resources to fund a tome-heavy gear-heavy character enough to meet the AC/DPS/HP/Saving throw threshholds needed to make this build competitive with other high-power builds. Just food for thought if you're in the same boat. It was the AC mostly that put this character on standby. You need to hit certain AC threshholds in order for it to really work, and those cannot be met without severe sugar daddy support, at least not in my case
