    Default I don't get my ViP Turbine Points

    I'm a player who is mostly ViP but like to pay for 1 month at a time, since I never know when work is taking too much of my time to make a constant subscription worth it. That's why I cancel my subscription between most payments I do. I didn't do so this month however, and I noticed something strange; I suddenly got my 500 TP I'm supposed to get for each month I'm paying!
    I thought this was just a bug that would be fixed along with all other TP problems Turbine have had, but is it possible that you don't get your included TP's if you close your account between pays? And why, if that's the case, doesn't it say so? I read carefully the text of what a ViP gets, just to be sure cancellation wouldn't deny me my points, and it didn't say anyting about it there...

    Naw i havent got mine and i did not close my account so thats not it. I think its if you buy tp you will never get them again, thats my theory.

    I admit that I have bought TP's too, but it would just be silly if that prevented you from getting them monthly... besides, I didn't buy any TP's before my second month of paying, so it shouldn't be because of that either... :/

    VIP points are not related to purchased Turbine points in any way. However, since there is no notification sent when VIP points are granted, it can be easy to miss them, especially if you've purchased points. You can contact the Account Management department to confirm if you've received your points, and when. Most players are receiving their points at this time.
