About a month ago I purchased 3300 points using paypal, everything went through and all appeared to be well. I tried to buy the shared bank slot but it said I had to wait 24 hours between transactions, fine. My points went from 3405 though down to 440 and I never received my shared bank slot. I have sent in 3 email appeals using the in game as well as the website one. I haven't heard from anyone for over a month now and I would really like to use the points I purchased that for some reason disappeared. Could someone please get a hold of me and help me with this issue.
