I just recently moved and do not have a phone yet to contact customer service. I tried once by email months and months ago on a previous issue, and to date still have not heard anything back. That said:
According to this FAQ from Tolero, as an inactive former player, I was supposed to get a free to play membership upon updating and logging in... with two characters.
What I in fact received was a premium membership with four characters (my account on turbine.com confirms this as well).
There was no option, it was automatic.
Is there a charge for premium? (If so I saw no indication of it, received no email receipt, and there is no active billing date on my turbine.com account). If there is, the account type needs to be changed to free to play and I need to be refunded.
