No milestone Turbine points awarded

Hi, can somebody check my account in khyber? My first char did not receive any milestone rewards even though the mails were received. He only got his first milestone at 500 favors, minus the earlier ones. Characters from other servers do not have this problem.

Hello,

The favor award points can take up to 48 hours to appear (the vast majority of the time it is instant, but it can sometimes lag). If 48 hours goes by and you still don't have those points please send an Email to the Account Management Team. The support form can be accessed from my signature.

It's been over 48 hours, more like 4 weeks, since I managed to reach over 500 favors for my first char. :P
