I recently unlocked 32 point builds on Kyber. I went to make a new toon and cant make a drow 32 point build. I unlocked on dwarf. Its open for human right to warforged but not drow for some reason. Is that a bug or intentional?

if i remember correctly Drow are effectively 32pt builds at 28.. they have extra racial bonuses that account for the other 4pts...

You cannot make a 32 pt Drow. They are in essence already 32pt as was stated.
