K time to get a little sentimental, not too much dont want to make myself pukey...

A little over two years ago I decided to give this game a chance, it bonked me on the head while cleaning out my closet and I decided "hey why not?" Even though it was a dreaded MMO (I had been annoyed with friends of mine who tried to get me into wow) I said what the hay and installed it. Created my account and Kalari was born after a looonnngg download .

I used my knowledge in making characters from pen and paper, did not know anything about min maxing proper builds and all that just gave her a maxed intel, decent charisma (thought you had to have it for npc's) and the like and went on my way.

My first week in stormreach was tough I kept dying a lot was getting frustrated decided to come to the forums for help and go that. Then I met and ran with many nice people who showed me the ropes. Little Kal was on her way to many adventures. Ive been in several guilds many I still consider good friends though I have moved onto the guild I think that fits my personality best now.

All in all its been a fun if not bumpy at time ride and now with 12 other alts I really am enjoying this game more and more everyday.

But the core reason for this thread is my little build is now 20, (hit it two days ago) and I just wanted to thank all that helped me get to this point. The people from the Church of Jim bob Jones my first guild who let me learn the game slowly and guided me threw many quests. My buds from Beer who taught me how to have fun and raid hard. And to my Lost Legion Brethren who taught me I can raid three sheets to the wind with little as 2 hours sleep and still have a blast.

And to many others ive pugged with over the years Pallol who I think influenced me into making arcanes who work with force and repair for my wf comrades.

Quik who has run with me during late nights where half the time I was either bombed out of my mind or running on adrenaline Who makes me laugh when he has mic issues (no I dont have you squelched hehe).

Mawry and the Halfling Commando's who always show me a great time when I run with them.

Arnya I'll never forget how you looked out for me at low levels and got me threw my first Tempest spine when my tush kept getting lost during the swim.

There are so many people who have made this game fun for me and I thank you all when Kalari hit the big 20 I thought about the road I took to get her there. And I wouldnt change a thing about it.

So thanks guys look forward to more runs and more milestones on what I think is the best server ever.

KK being a muskateer is apart of that journey to having you guys to talk to in the forums helped me threw a lot of rough times. Its just weird getting Kal to that point most would have given up a 28 point elf build? But not me I was determined stubborn and maybe just a pinch drunk but shes there and still a blast to play hehe.

Thanks guys and Pallol trust me I know how it is taking care of my grandmother full time now along with caring for my son so many late nights is when I tend to run in game now. Some days im just too tired to play.

Mawry thanks I like to enjoy the game when I play I try to make it fun for anyone in group with me if I can tell a funny joke or story while questing I try to I think it makes running things a bit more enjoyable.

All in all I think the combination of the great people on this server has helped me get my alts where they are and I thank everyone for being so helpful and fun.
