I recieved an emial the other day about how I could create a character and start at level 4 and tried to do that today but it isnt working, I have over 1300 favor just wondering what other step I had to take to get it done.

Favor and Level 4 character creation

You have to first log in with your character that has veteran status (1000 favor)
then from then on when you create a character they will start on a boat. On that boat you have the choice to advance levels up to level 4 or (say it is a dream) and start at lv 1.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

yes thanks for the reply, just figured that out after I finnally tried to play the new character, thanks again.
