I recieved an email 10/4 from noreply@turbine.com showing information for a new account created (Which was NOT created by me)

Account Name: <edit>
First Name: ddddddddd
Last Name: rrrrrrrrr

In that email was no way to contact turbine, no way to verify the subscription, and no way to cancel.

I don't know how someone used my email to create the account but I want it canceled immediately along with this forum account. I have already gone through the process of changing my email passwords. I have looked for a way to cancel this account and have found none. The knowledgebase says to click the cancel thing under subscriptions but there is no cancel button or link. There is one subscription to DDO free account on this account.

I have changed the password for this account so that whoever it is cannot use it anymore.

PLEASE DELETE THIS ACCOUNT AND THE TURBINE ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY OR SEND EMAIL TO <edit> WITH PROPER FUNCTIONING STEPS TO DELETE IT!

Well I called before they opened I guess. And I am NOT (I think this is the dumbest suggestion ever) going to give my credit card # to turbine.com or ddo.com. Especially considering how secure you've already proven NOT to be.
