    Default Three weeks and still waiting.

    Three weeks ago I bought a GTC via paybycash and got it without problems, but then when i tried to add it at https://myaccount.turbine.com there was no option to do that, and soon I was told that it was a problem with every free account, and just premium account could see the option.

    Well I did like I was told, send email to support with my GTC number, only problem, it was 3 weeks ago I still waiting, I understand that you guys have a load of other complains and other things to look up since DDO gone F2P but I just want something I payed for.

    If you're able to call then I recommend that. Hold times this week have been under 20 minutes - often under 10 minutes.

    Otherwise, if it's actually been 3 weeks you'll likely hear from us soon.
